- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees are for a one hour session. I am willing to work with my clients on the fees and session duration based on the clients needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First meeting is usually a get acquainted session, establishing customer identified goals for counseling. Outlining of expectations and a beginning of establishing strategies to reach self-identified goals. I really try to make my clients feel at ease during the first session by encouraging them to share at their own pace and comfort level.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a senior pastor for almost 10 years, where I have helped many in counseling and advising in a variety of life challenges and issues. I also have a bachelors degree in Christian ministries from Mid-America Christian University. I am certified through the State of Oklahoma as a licensed minister. I am also certified in case management through the state.
