Jon completed some exterior painting projects on my home today! I am very pleased with how my paint jobs were executed with great detail and care. You could tell this man takes pride in his work and goes the extra mile to ensure his clients are happy with the end results.

Jon was very communicative throughout the process. Initially, we were very pleased. However, the project ran over the quoted time frame and as a result, Jon and his team rushed through cleaning up afterward. We were left with paint on fixtures and dried paint that had run down the wall in a couple of places.

Hey Kayla, I appreciate the honesty. Initially I had quoted 3 days (Monday-Wednesday) and we did end up at 5 total in the end. I know that can be a bit frustrating when you’re both ready to move into your new home. I do apologize we didn’t quite hit the mark on that. Now the dripping paint and paint on fixtures was never communicated with me (until now) and I feel is a bit unfair to review me on before you talk to me about it on the phone. If given the opportunity we could have easily fixed that mistake. It could have been taken care of within an hour or so. It still can. Let me know!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You pay what you think is fair. We typically only charge $300 per room and an extra $50 per room to do the trim all with you supplying only the paint (typically between $200-$400 to supply the paint per house) exterior it depends on the height of the home and how much their is. But we still offer a good bargain. Our remodeling services depend on the job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have great recommendations and like to educate on our prices and show you why it makes more sense to go with us over our competitors.
