I like to get to know you before we talk price. Send a message and lets get it taken care of.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I just ask for what we need notarized and just need form of ID.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a law / accounting background and deal with federal and personal documents all the time and understand the importance of what documents we are looking at. I have dealt with all the possible forms of doc of there :)
