What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Notarizations are $5.00 per stamp, + mobile fee. Remote Online Notarizations $25.00 per document.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I introduce myself, inquire about the type of document that needs to be notarized, and the location. I remind clients to have a government issue ID, the person signing must be present, wait to sign the document in the presence of a notary. If there is any questions in regards to the document that requires the signature to be notarized, it is highly recommended to consult with an attorney.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
General Notary Course: any type of notarization such as - car titles, wills, power of attorneys etc. National Notary Association - Certified Signing Agent. This certification allows me to assist in closings such as refinances, reverse mortgages, home equity line of credit, loan applications, home purchases, seller packages. I renew my certification and back ground check yearly through the National Notary Association.
