- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price each project based on the size, scope, and specific service needs. For pressure washing, most jobs start around $150 and scale with square footage, surface type, and complexity. For Christmas lights, we typically charge by the linear foot, and provide all the professional-grade materials. We occasionally offer seasonal discounts (early bird!) and bundle service deals, so don't hesitate to ask what's running right now! We also offer 10% discounts to first responders, veterans, and teachers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick conversation to learn more about what you need. From there, we'll either provide a quote right away or schedule a time to stop by and assess the job in person. Once approved, we'll get you scheduled, show up on time, and walk through everything with you to make sure you're happy with the result.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We've taken professional pressure washing courses and completed industry trainings to make sure we're cleaning your property safely and effectively. WE've learned about chemical mixtures, surface-specific methods, and best practices for both residential and commercial jobs. (re: no lost vegetation due to chemicals, no discoloration, etc.) We've also attended industry trainings to learn the proper way to install those custom Christmas Lights. We don't cut corners or duct tape the final product together. Our team doesn't just guess - we do it the right way. Our motto is "High Pressure. Higher Standard."
