- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
So my pricing is very competitive I try to always fair I’m a small company with less overhead as some big companies may have so it definitely helps when bidding jobs! I always the customers to feel they got a fair price I know these times are hard for a lot of people and it’s hard to pay for plumbing repairs because they can get pricey! The materials have gone up for all of us so prices definitely have gone up across the board however I still try to save money when the opportunity presents!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I try to get a man idea of what issue they are experiencing and the. I give options on the best way to fix the issue I always try to save my customers money when there is a chance! Leaving the customers with a good experience is my main goal!
