Alex responded within 5 minutes of my request and was able to come to my house within 30 minutes!! My water heater was leaking everywhere and he diagnosed it and suggested I get a new one and was willing to pick it up for me AND install the very same day. Very personable and trustworthy. I give an easy 5 stars and will use him for future plumbing needs.

Alex was great! Did everything we needed and really got our project moving for a reasonable price. Appreciated his expertise and hard work. He even did a dryer vent for us on top of plumbing work on a 100 year old home. Will be using him in the future for the upstairs without a doubt.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
So my pricing is very competitive I try to always fair I’m a small company with less overhead as some big companies may have so it definitely helps when bidding jobs! I always the customers to feel they got a fair price I know these times are hard for a lot of people and it’s hard to pay for plumbing repairs because they can get pricey! The materials have gone up for all of us so prices definitely have gone up across the board however I still try to save money when the opportunity presents!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I try to get a man idea of what issue they are experiencing and the. I give options on the best way to fix the issue I always try to save my customers money when there is a chance! Leaving the customers with a good experience is my main goal!
