- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically our pricing is between $1,400 and $1,900 it just depends on the volume of work involved. Sometimes less, sometimes more. We try to make our prices very competitive on Thumbtack. We also offer website hosting for $175 per year. SSL certificates for $120 for two years.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is to start a line of communication via phone or email. Or if you are local we can meet in person for coffee. We listen carefully to get a good understanding of your project ideas. We then settle on an appropriate price for the service that you require. Typically we will require a 50% deposit up front. The next step if moving forward will be creating a website hosting account and purchasing a domain name. After this the design process can get started. Usually we can have a presentation for the client within 2 weeks.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have learnt from some of the best designers in the industry. We believe that the best training and education is on the job. We have been designing modern and beautiful WordPress websites all day and every day for many years. It's what we do!
