- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge by the linear foot for fencing and charge based on the scope of the project for everything else.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually we'll meet with the potential client, get to know exactly what they are wanting. We will measure all areas and write down all aspects of the job. Usually within a day we can have a detailed plan and a quote written up. And we work with the customer to make sure everything goes as expected throughout the course of the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 12 years woodworking and related experience, 7+ years experience in stone work, layout, construction, and hardscape services. 5 years experience in fencing, sod installation, sprinkler maintenance, and softscape services.
