FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet them face to face and let them get to know me. As a consumer when I have someone I don't know coming to my house most often to do work when I am not there. I want to get to know that person and really feel like they're trustworthy, safe, and they are an all around good person. In the same since I want to get to know them. A contractor that really knows his client will be able to exceed their expectations in everything they do for them. You see what I did there ;-)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I pride myself in the Quality of work that will be provided. I worked for a big oil pipe company as a Quality Monitor. I made sure all specs were in tolerance or I would shut down production in the whole shop. Quality is one of my passions. I think the construction industry needs to focus more on the quality of work they do not the money they can make if they hurry up. Think about it. The old American craftsman did it the right way with attention to detail and their work is still here today. That should be something we should all strive to be like.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I actually grew-up in the construction industry. My father, uncles, and grandfather all were in the trades building and constructing my whole childhood.
