FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to keep the process simple for new customers. When someone calls in, we first listen to what is going on and gather the important details about the home, the issue, and the best time to get someone out. From there, we schedule a trained technician to come to the home, inspect the problem, and explain what they find in a clear way. Before any work begins, we walk the homeowner through their options so they know what needs to be done, why it matters, and what the cost will be. Once approved, we complete the work as efficiently as possible and make sure the system or repair is working properly before we leave. Our goal is to make the whole experience easy, honest, and stress free from the first call to the final walkthrough.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is trained through hands on field experience, ongoing trade education, and real work with plumbing, heating, and cooling systems. Torch technicians are taught how to properly inspect, diagnose, repair, and replace equipment while following safety standards and local code requirements. We also keep our team up to date on new tools, equipment, and service practices so we can give homeowners clear options and reliable solutions. Whether it is a plumbing repair, AC issue, heating problem, or full system replacement, our training is focused on doing the job right and making sure the customer understands what is happening before any work begins.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We began with a simple goal: help homeowners get honest, dependable plumbing, heating, and cooling service without making the process harder than it needs to be. The work grew from hands on experience of over 17 years in the trade and a commitment to doing things the right way. Over time, we built a team that could handle everything from everyday repairs to full system replacements while keeping communication clear and the homeowner informed. Today, that same mindset still guides how we work. We show up, find the issue, explain the options, and focus on giving people a solution they can feel confident about
