- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Know what you’re being charged; nothing hidden, and true 100% transparency on all aspects of the project. Things can pop up as far as costs that are unseen at the time of the bid, however all issues are explained as soon as they come up and definitely before any costs are accrued (but so far, this is extremely rare).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listen first, bid (including a first time discount), be sure we’re on the same EXACT page, make agreement and do work!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
32 years of exposure to all real estate construction and business. Born into it and love it!
