What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We can quote most jobs over the phone with the help of pictures and specific details regarding your job. Or at least give you a ballpark estimate so you know what price range you are looking at. If we have to drive to your job to give a detailed estimate a $79 service charge is collected which is refunded or waived at the time of hire. We also offer financing for larger jobs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will provide you with as much information about your repair, so you can make an educated decision on what is the best and most economical way for you to move forward.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 30 years of experience in service and repair plumbing.
