- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have made our pricing incredibly competitive by doing a number of things. We only use the most efficient chemicals to limit the number of re-services needed. We are a one-man-show, so we don't have to worry about paying salaries. We also believe in making an honest living, so charging exorbitant prices doesn't fit our ethos.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to gather necessary information, such as what sort of pest you're dealing with and how severe it is. Once that has been done, we can set a time to come out and solve the problem. Some pests/situations require an inspection before any type of plan is put into place.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over five years of experience in the industry dealing with bugs ranging from ants, to bed bugs, to roaches, to raccoons and squirrels, to much more. The owner/operator is also attending college to achieve a bachelor's degree in wildlife conservation.
