some minor difficulties coordinating, but was contacted and kept in touch. the job was done to my and my neighbor's satisfaction. Also, they trimmed part of my. I will call these guys for more work.

They installed crown molding and baseboards. They worked quickly and efficiently. We had a little trouble communicating the amount of materials needed.since i was supplying the materials. I had to make another trip to lowe's,which delayed things a bit. Overall it was a good experience.

John and his group were amazing! First, they showed up - which a lot of other guys didn't even bother to do! They took out a huge tree that had fallen on my house. They came through a thunderstorm while avoiding downed power lines to get to my place. The tree was so large, they had to make three trips to finally get it all. They were professional and very helpful! I intend to use them again!

They had truck problems early in the day but still made it over in the afternoon to get the job done. Very responsive over text message. Cut down 3 trees and removed a large stump...did a great job in a timely manner and at a fair price, can't ask for much more.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For a tree removal if its out in open I can give the best deals but for trees around power lines and over homes or other objects they will be a little more pricey
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually with new customers I like to get with them and make sure we have a clear understanding of what they expect from us doing there job just to ensure that we are able to satisfy all that we can
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 5 years experience in tree removal 2 years for my own company interior painting I have 4 years experience with a crew that is well experienced
