Communicated with us prior to arriving. Came in and got right to work taking measurements and ensuring correct location of the mount and chase for the wires. He cleaned up the drywall after making the cut, which I didn't expect but really appreciated! He helped set up our Bluetooth speakers and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. He also cleaned up the wires using cable ties. Very professional and respectful!

Jason was a pro. I could not ask for anyone better. Hence the name TV Pros. When I reach out to him I was just looking to set an appointment for the next day to get an estimate. He responded saying that he was not available the next day and it would be about 10 days later due to him being busy. The next morning he texted me saying he could squeeze me in between his appointments. He came by and immediately got to work on the installation. Was not expecting that all. His quality and time of work was way above expectations. Will definitely refer and use TV pros again in the future.
