- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We set one price for the pictures depending on what they are and then we go with that.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I talk with them and see what kind of pictures they are wanting and then we set up a time to do the pictures and once the pictures are done I edit them and send them to the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing photography since I was a small child. I'm not trained but I have learned a lot on my own over the years.
