Mr. David Vick, show up a few minutes before his appointment with me to diagnose the problem i was having with my LG refrigerator. He determined that the compressor was bad. He gave me important information of what I needed to do to get problem corrected. He is Very knowledgeable with the working of appliances. I would definitely recommend Mr. Vick.

The problem was resolved. It would have been better if there was more communication about what was happening as initially I was told the ordered parts would be in one week later after the initial appointment and it was almost 2 weeks before the repair work was done. They did put things as they were which was great and the area was clean as well.

I can't say enough great things about my experience with Pro Elevated Plumbing! They were very responsive on the phone, listened to my concerns, and had someone out to my home within hours. Tony and David arrived on time, were extremely professional, and took the time to explain exactly what the issue was. I highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs!
