RDA was super great in giving me a really quick response and eager to come by the following day to take a look and correct our unfortunate situation. He came by early the next morning and essentially told us we needed to do not one but two remodels in our home (both full bath) and said it would cost us $11k to do so and he would put together an estimate and email it over outlined with everything that was wrong.
He never spoke to us again so we ended up getting two more quotes for our issues which both came in for less than $1,000.
I’m sure RDA is a great full remodeling company and that they do exceptional work - however we needed to replace our shower floor and they came in and basically scared us into thinking our brand new home would need a very large undertaking and then never followed up with anything written.
