Goals
Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: We treat each person just as such - a person. Not as just another transaction that walks through our doors. We enjoy getting to know people so that each session we have together is enjoyable on both a fitness and personal level. Watching each individual progress from where they were starting with us to steps closer with each session to their goals. That and also being able to take satisfaction knowing that each client's happiness generated from their progress was a result of my guidance and encouragement.

I have to say, it's extremely hard to believe in personal training at the first glance. But who should judge a book by its cover? Just because there are too many workout facilities that provide expensive personal training and rip you off, doesn't mean all personal trainers are bad. Baz has been and will be my personal trainer for a long time. I was first introduced to Baz through another personal trainer. And I am glad such introduction took place. I have had a quadruple bypass and cannot use too many personal trainers due to my condition. But Baz has paid attention to every detail and prepared a program that fits my condition. When he found out my wife (who by the way uses Baz as her personal trainer) is pregnant, he immediately signed up for more qualification certification courses to update his knowledge of training pregnant ladies in a very safe manner. I don't only recommend Baz as your personal trainer, I also encourage you to give him one chance to prove to you he is worth your time and investment to achieve the optimum health and body you have always wished for. My friends, good luck in getting healthier and more fit everyday.

I started working out with Baz a little over 3 months ago. I have some chronic health issues including chronic fatigue syndrome and Meniere’s disease I had not worked with a trainer before and I had an opportunity to get in as part of a small group with Baz. I really wanted to gain some muscle to be stronger and to slim down overall. I have lost 5% of my body weight as a start and can tell by my clothes that I have slimmed down all over. More importantly, I have gained stability and feel I have better balance, which is important as I have Meniere’s affecting my inner ears. My energy level has improved a good deal with the consistency of exercise. And a few times, my friends have noticed that I have lost weight, which is always a nice thing! I am continuing on my journey to drop more weight and gain more muscle and continue on to better fitness!

FAQs

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am constantly researching and reviewing fitness and nutritional trends to see what is just hype, and what actually works. Not just from a results aspect, but from an overall feeling in regard to how that small change has impacted me personally.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

When I was younger, I was very overweight, and had histories of family diseases circling me like buzzards looking for a place to land. Rather than let them land and be diagnosed with high blood pressure, diabetes, and throw several years of my life away from complacency - I took action. I chose to not be like my family and to seize control over my destiny by losing 105lbs on my own. I've made it my mission to help as many people as I possibly can achieve the same goal as I did - to become healthier. To take my daily habits and trade them for better ones.
