- How did you get started doing this type of work?
When I was 18 I had a toy poodle who I had bottle fed from the day he was born so he was my baby. He started coming home from the groomers with clipper burns all over his body. At the time I was going to college to get my associates in accounting and I decided that I needed to learn how to groom my baby boy, his name was Lucky. Now I didn't know if Lucky was hard to groom or not but I needed to find out. So I found someone who said they would teach me how to groom and they did just that. I never knew back then that my sweet little boy was put on this earth to show me what my dream career was supposed to be. Without him I would not have found my career path and I love him so much for helping point me in the right direction. He's my fur baby in heaven and will always be greatly missed in my life!
