I'm a Realtor who gifted my Clients a home cleaning before they moved into their new place. Brandon was so responsive and professional. He took the initiative to contact my clients and find out what day would be good with them, for him to clean.
After he cleaned, he sent me pics of the home and appliances. The before and after pics blew me away. He did such a great job that my clients called me a couple days later just to brag on him and his services.

Brandon did an amazing job deep cleaning two bathrooms for us! I recently moved into an apartment with tiled floors in the bathrooms that had many years and tenants worth of built up dirt and dust. Brandon was able to scrub them clean and get the tiles and grout looking better than I had even hoped! He also was able to clear off grime from the edges of the vanities and remove some stubborn spots from the walls. The whole job only took him about 90 minutes and the price was super reasonable for the amount of effort I could tell he put into his work. I would happily and confidently recommend Blansford’s Custom Cleaning to anyone!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We usually charge a flat rate based on cleaning, such as regular cleaning vs deep cleaning. For example, deep clean may be $0.15 per square ft, while regular clean may be $.08 to $.10 per square ft. I can offer discounts for repeat and contractual business, and no hidden fees at all.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To have strong communication and a full understanding of what my client needs and wants. I walk them through all charges, what will and can be done, and keep them updated every step of the way.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's of Science in Business Management and a MBA in Business and Organizational Leadership.
My training consisted of a strong work ethic from a single mother who taught us how to clean and take care of what we owned. Every retail job I've had consisted of cleaning tasks, as well.
