- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don’t have any hidden fees and am upfront with every client about everything that is included before the contract is signed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to meet in person and offer a free no obligation consultation to meet with potential clients and go over all the details of their event. I feel this is the best way to work with clients so they know exactly who they will be working with and I can get a better idea of exactly what they want for a playlist and specifics of their events.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified audio engineer and have been working with music over 20 years now. I have also spent a long time in customer service oriented jobs and truly understand customer service.
