John Hicks did not fix my shower leak. He turned off the water to my house and removed a Delta cartridge from the wall. He said that it was bad and needed to be replaced. He left to get the part and never returned. I paid for the part and paid him in full for his services. I have two days without water in my home because of him. I DO NOT recommend him to anyone else!!!
