MS was great to work with. We called around 8am and they had someone out within the hour. Michael was knowledgeable and worked with my husband to come up with a solution that was not outrageous. Although not requested they did a full safety evaluation - which was nice but there was an attempt at an upsale (full panel replacement for 26,000 when the service call was about installing a new cooktop). They are a business so I get it but my concern would be a more vulnerable customer who felt the work was necessary upon inspection. That being said, Tanner came out to compete the job - the SAME DAY - which was awesome. Settled price for the work was very fair. Tanner was great! Would absolutely recommend with the caution about the upsale.
