- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I prefer to work with each client as a package rate, but am happy to price my services hourly as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin with my client completing a quick intake form through my virtual styling platform. If needed, I ask for a quick 15 minute phone call to connect, and be sure I understand exactly what my client needs. Then, I get to work for my client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters degree in fashion merchandising. I have almost 20 years experience in selling women's clothing. In fact, I owned, managed and was the buyer for my own women's clothing boutique for almost 11 years. For the last 3 years I have been styling clients virtually. I am a stylist with Glam Hive and Hue & Stripe, which are both invitation-only platforms for professional stylists.
