- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Top Rail gives free estimates, just book an appointment! The Top Rail team loves to meet with new customers and will work diligently to develop a quote that not only meets their needs, but also the needs of their budget!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once an appointment is booked, one of our Top Rail team members will come out to meet you to visit the property. On the day of the appointment, expect to hear from us 20- 30 minutes prior to the appointment so you can have a heads up of our arrival. We ask you to walk us around the property so the perimeter fence line can be measured and discuss the vision of the fence. This appointment can take anywhere from 15-30 minutes.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look for someone you can trust, who is straightforward and honest. Also, ask if they are insured.
