We have multiple options to best serve the Tulsa community. Our team is sent in vans with the tools and equipment to do the job. We com ready to work. For general troubleshooting we have a standard dispatch fee or a First Class Pass with no service fees whatsoever.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love creating new customers for life. That means, once we work with you, we're not going to forget about you.
- We start every call with a basic safety check and look at any work you'd like us to take care of.
- We present you with an UP-FRONT price for the work to clearly communicate what work we will do and what it will cost.
- Once the work is done to YOUR satisfaction, we take payment and let you live with the work for a few days.
- We follow up with you to guarantee everything is working as it should and continue to stay in contact for any future issues or maintenance.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every technician on our team is a licensed apprentice, journeyman, or contractor. Each member participates in continued learning courses to improve their understanding and application of the National Electric Code.
