- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our packages are custom to your home & project so these cost are averages. Your project may be more or less. We will work within your budget for the best outcome and have a range of payment options including financing. For Holiday lighting, average 1st year homes are $700-$800, with 25% off the following year. For Landscape Lighting, the average package is between $4500-$5,500. For Special Events, Packages typically run $700-$800 but many factors can change this. A simple up lighting package may only be a $300, while a full string/twinkle light canopy may be closer to $1,100, depending on overall desires.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will start with a quick phone call to learn more about your project's individual needs than will come out for a FREE demo and provide you a quote. If quote is accepted you'll be booked on the closest open spot.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BFA in Lighting Design. I have worked with lighting design professionals and lighting design shops in New Jersey, New York & Nashville before moving to Oklahoma. I attend yearly training seminars to stay on top of best design and safety practices.
