- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices vary!!the number that shows up is a generated one!! I work better by meeting people in their homes and giving them a quote according to what they want us to do exactly. I would never charge two similar homes the same amount because one house may need more then the other.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have worked in the costumer service area for about 18 years and I have learned that listening is the best way to communicate with all of our customers knowing that the costumer is always right and we are here to serve your cleaning needs. we work hard to work with you and your cleaning needs so we listen to your needs and work accordingly
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My mom has been doing the cleaning business for more then 20 years in Canada and in North Carolina. I have been doing this for the past 10 years. We moved to Oklahoma about 6 years ago and have decided to turn it into our little family business .
