FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I can work on a fee basis for a complete job. However, I prefer and choose to use my hourly rate of $100. per hour for travel and design time. I also purchase wholesale for the client with a mark up of 40%. This allows for a significant discount off of retail for my clients in addition to them receiving items generally not offered directly to the public.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a conversation via phone, email or text to chat about the clients needs, time frame and budget. I speak with them about the services I offer, pricing and timelines; then we decide if we are a good fit for each other and hopefully move forward with the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my degree in Interior Design from The Art Institute of Dallas. I have been working in my field of expertise for over 20 years and have a very good grasp of today's offering as well as working with vendors and contractors of all kinds to ensure the project runs smoothly and efficiently.
