Communication is the key to good customer service! From the initial phone call to the completion of the project I was constantly kept informed concerning intended process, the progress on the job, the projected cost and where we were within the cost projection.Then at the conclusion there were no surprises. I cannot say they were the cheapest, but they werent ridiculously high priced either. But most importantly THEY DID THE JOB RIGHT! I was happy to pay to have the job done right with no surprises!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every painting project is unique, which is why we offer free, on-site estimates. Items like square footage, condition of the surface, prep work required, and amount of paint will all be taken into consideration to provide you with an exact price quote for your project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers will be taken through the entire process, including talking through the details and goals of your project, discussing paint colors, timelines, our 2-year warranty and expectations. Before the job is finalized, the Project Manager will take the customer on a “Five Star walk-through” to point out any areas requiring touch-ups.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Five Star Painting has national partnerships with leading paint manufacturers Sherwin Williams and Behr. These partnerships help Five Star Painting stay ahead of the competition on paint knowledge, new products and access to resources, such as color consultants.
