- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At GreenView Outdoor, pricing is always upfront and based on project size, materials, and labor. We provide free estimates before starting any job so you know exactly what you’re paying for — no surprises. Typical lawn or flowerbed cleanups start around $150–$250, while mulch installs, sod work, or edging projects are quoted by square footage. We also offer bundle discounts for multiple services (for example, leaf removal + mulch install) and return-customer savings for seasonal maintenance. Every job is customized to fit your yard and your budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I start with a quick walkthrough or photo review of your yard to understand what’s needed. Then I send a clear quote that breaks down materials, labor, and any custom options. Once approved, I schedule your project and give live updates during the process. Every job ends with a final walkthrough to make sure you’re 100% satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience comes from years of hands-on landscaping work—everything from mulch installs and sod work to drainage and retaining walls. I’ve also studied soil health, turf care, and outdoor design trends to make sure every project not only looks great but also lasts through Oklahoma’s weather.
