Did not finish work that had been paid for. It's been 10 days since the work was performed and each time I have called he said he would return to finish but he has never returned. DO NOT pay this provider in advance.

Insisted on mowing while in pouring down rain in spite of my protests. We asked for mowing and weedeating only. Talked a good talk by convincing us to weekly service at a cheaper fee while we explained we couldn't really afford it. Again,I tried to deter him from mowing in the heavy rain. Assured us he had no problem doing a great job at the agreed rate in spite of the conditions. Shortly after starting push mowing the back yard, he returned to say he had to charge $10 more a week. We said ok, but we could only do twice a month. Nearly an hour later he came to the door for payment. The next day, when the rain stopped, we saw he had weedeated, but no where even close -4 to 5 inches from the house! Left a 3x2 foot stretch of high grass in front of my house! Several other high spots in the back too. If he could perform as well as he talked himself up.... Can't believe we actually paid for such a poor job.

Great job! Reasonable price. Very professional and polite! Honest and trustworthy! Hired for remainder of the season. Definitely recommend him. --- Update: After the first few mowings, the quality went down. I had to start raking my yard because of all the clippings, he stopped edging, and in several places the grass looked like it had been mowed by two different mowers of different height. While he is a very nice guy, his quality of work is not acceptable. Last week he never showed up. I called and left messages and no return call or messages. I had to hire a different company. This all happened when I had an Open House which meant that my lawn looked horrible. I'm sorry to state that I would not recommend him now.
