- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes we have a base line that we start and then contingent on what the customer may want extra or specific items they may want done it could change. It really if flexible based on the customer needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we initiate with a phone call, email or text and based on the conversation go to the property and do a "walk-thru" of the customers expectations. We like to build that partnership from the first time we communicate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Since we are cleaners, we usually are looking for better more efficient ways of doing the jobs. On the job training and learning from others in the field help us stay abreast of what is going on.
