- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard rate is $95 per hour with a 4-hour minimum for most projects. Design consulting, move management, and larger coordination projects may require a retainer or custom proposal. Travel fees may apply outside my primary service areas. Every estimate is transparent, with no hidden fees, and you’ll always know what to expect before work begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every project begins with a conversation about your goals, challenges, and vision. From there, I create a customized plan outlining priorities, timelines, and recommendations. Whether we’re organizing a closet, coordinating a move, managing a renovation, or styling a home, I keep communication clear and guide you through each step until the project is complete.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience comes from years of hands-on work managing residential organization, luxury relocations, interior styling, space planning, project coordination, and home consulting. I’ve worked with homeowners, retirees, busy professionals, and families, creating systems designed for longevity. I continue to stay current on design trends, organizational methods, and client service best practices.
