Personal training price list for training only, includes weekly program set by me to maximize your progress, cardio session if needed. Nutrition consultation “not plan” VIP package, includes... training one on one and full weekly custom program written, days off, split and cardio listed. Nutrition consultation with full daily meal plan made for maximum results. 24/7 phone support and unlimited one on one training support. The best of the best support offered “Best for athletes prepping for shows or competitions”. Or to become the best you that you can be. Only 5 VIP spots available. First come first serve $500 paid weekly. Paid In full one week ahead of time. Basic training only packages Same day 30 minute $100 Same day 60 minute $120 Same day 90 minute $150 Single sessions One week ahead paid in full no refunds after one no show. One 60 minute session $100 Two 60 minute session $180 Three 60 minute session $255 One month ahead paid in full no refunds after one no show or rain checks on dates set by appointments. Booking is finale. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Everyone has a different goal. So not all start the same. But the main goal is to get as much information and truly understand the person on a personal level not just as another cliet.
