- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have found in our 8 years that most wedding receptions last either 3 or 4 hours and have priced our packages accordingly. However, many other types of events such as corporate, school, anniversaries, etc., can be anywhere from 2 to 5 hours and we are flexible in contracting for these types of events.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most of the time we never meet our new client until the event. We can do everything via phone and email. Once we get the event information, we forward a contract to the client for signatures and retainers. The reservation process is super easy: something everyone loves!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner is a degreed graphic artist/designer and former adjunct instructor of graphic design for Career Tech. In addition, she has over 25 years of photography experience. Couple this with 8 years of being in the photo booth market and you've got the best trained, educated and experienced owner of any photo booth company!
