- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Your family deserves the best because you don't do this every year. You need to choose to get the best for yourself and your family. I want you to smile not just when you get your images are taken but for the rest of your life? You may have always thought I want someone that is good enough. I am the best and I am focused on making the best experience for you and your family. Low key, fun and high energy?
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a 10-15 minute phone call before the session to get clear on what we are going after in the session.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been mentored by phone by Joe Craig on several occasions. He has blessed me and did so for free as his session cost was greater than my annual income at the time ($30,000) I have spent nearly 6 months shooting under the great Brandon Michael. His style had a huge impact on my lighting and feel. Many of my most well known images are shot in his style.
