- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a flat pricing schedule for all clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we set up a time to survey the location. Next, we decide whether or not we can get the TV mounted on the initial visit, or if a return visit is required. If we can perform the service on the spot, we do just that - otherwise, we will schedule a follow up visit to perform the requested installation.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Tilting TV mounts with in-wall wire concealment. It's become somewhat of our signature service because of how affordable it is and how quickly we can get the jobs done.
