- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price based on length of the wedding day, travel, and the effort required to record and edit the project. I also look to give the best price available that I can.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I find a customer that is interested in my work it is best to meet or have a phone conference where we can discuss exactly what is wanted/needed. From there make the proper planning of details and then there's not much left for the client to do but relax and know that I will be there and take care of their vision they way they want it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have study videography and photography since 2012, I am constantly watching new tutorials and searching for other ways to enhance my work.
