- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is dependent on a number of factors including paper type, square footage, location & application method. Payment is due upon completion of service & I accept cash, check, or card.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is understanding the details of your project: square footage, wallpaper type, and your desired timeline. We can go over this via text or phone, or I can visit the site in person if needed. Based on that, I’ll provide a price estimate along with any professional recommendations. Once we schedule your installation date, I’ll arrive on time with all necessary tools and equipment. Clients just need to supply the wallpaper and ensure the walls are properly prepped. Payment is due upon completion, and I’ll provide clear aftercare instructions to help maintain your wallpaper for the long term.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed a year-long apprenticeship under a seasoned professional wallpaper installer, where I received hands-on training in a wide range of installation techniques. During that time, I worked on a variety of projects featuring complex layouts and high-end wallcoverings, including luxury materials like grasscloth, silk, and specialty vinyls.
