Had water pressure issues in one sprinkler zone; They fixed without having to replace the entire zoning section and didn't try to sell me or charge additional for things I didn't need.
Let me say that I initially contracted with Hydra Hose for an in ground irrigation system. But, we were also planning on hiring a landscape contractor at some point to professionally landscape our front yard. We found that the Hydra Hose owner also does landscaping. So, we hired her company for both which was perfect. The Hydrahose system was planned around our landscaping. Bonnie, the owner, is amazing the work with. After visiting our home several times and learning what we liked and did not like concerning plants, she worked within our budget and planned a perfect landscape for us . The plan was executed in a two day period that was a whirl wind of activity. Results were staggering. I saw strangers stop and take pictures. The Hydrahose irrigation system is very ingenious, using the outdoor facets as the water source. Bonnie's installer left the yard in outstanding condition and the system works perfectly. My only caution is that you have to be patient to have the work done if you wait for summer months. The installer had a waiting list.
I had a leak on my balcony and worked with many so called "professionals" for several years and no one could fix the leak that had just ruined the ceiling to my garage ...I put out thousands of dollars to no avail. Then along came "Chuck" (McMakin Construction) and he carefully looked over the situation .. carefully planned out everything he wanted to do. He knows what needs to be done and does it . It took a week or two to complete the job but he wanted to make sure it was done right. After two years I have not had a drop of water in my garage and I am so sorry I had not know of McMakin Construction before I used so many who could not do a good job and I just wasted my money using them.
Mr. Hicks repaired to indoor water fountains in a timely manner and his work was done professionally.
I would highly recommend A & A Lawn Service! Andrew & his team have done a beautiful job on our weed over-taken lawn, repaired our sprinkler system with the help of a Plummer, and taught me how to operate our sprinkler system. Now we are talking about removing three Holly trees which one of the trees roots is trying to get into the sprinkler system’s water line - not good! We are also talking about future landscaping & lighting. If you want a beautiful lawn, A & A Lawn Service is your team!
We asked Troy Pelzel to install a basketball goal, repair some small cracks in the ceiling, paint over scrapes and scuffs on the walls, and fill some small holes in the garage wall. Troy was very friendly and professional from the start. My wife really liked his demeanor. She said he was very kind and not abrasive. He gave us a quote before we even bought the goal and assured us he could install it. Other handymen turned down the project, but Troy stayed true to his promise. His quote beat everyone else's. A week after the goal came, he and his friend Rob came to work on it. It was a 2-day project. They were here a couple of hours each day. Rob focused on the goal each day. Troy did the inside repairs and painting, then helped Rob with the goal. After they started working, we were wondering if he would change his price. There was more work involved than what we anticipated. But Troy never diverted from his quote. Their work was top notch too. Troy followed me through the entire house and painted the scrapes on the walls. He even found some that I hadnt noticed. Rob worked hard outside the whole time and didnt complain once. They were both very pleasant and respectful men. They were easy to talk to and explained their plans. They answered my questions without shooing me away. At the end of the first day, my wife and I were still deciding whether to pour cement into the pole for the goal. Troy and Rob offered to leave it empty at first and come back to fill it if necessary. When they came back the second day, they were prepared to make it a one-and-done project. Evidently Rob had kept thinking about the job after they left because he showed me the water pitchers he bought to cleanly pour the cement into the pole. That impressed me a lot. Then the icing on the cake was that they stayed just to see the look on our sons face when he saw the finished basketball goal for the first time. Troy and Rob are excellent guys, and I would ask them back to work on our house any time. They did great work, had great attitudes, and were very professional.
I had a water heater replaced because the old one was ten years old. Brandon is a very busy guy that tries really hard to make his customers happy. He showed up from a long day stayed and finished my job at 9:00 PM.
Worked well with us trying to fix the problems with our pump. On time.
