I hired Maston's to flush my water heater and to update less than stellar plumbing work that had been done by a different plumber. Not only did they handle the job with ease, but were polite, professional, respectful and quite skillful. In addition to handling the water heater issues, they managed to significantly increase the water pressure throughout the house without charging for doing so. The work was done quickly and was reasonably priced. Maston's will be my plumber from now on!

Unfortunately they couldn't do the work for me at this time, due to lack of funds and my low credit. But they did thorough job looking at the problem, gave me a plan and an estimate. They worked with me as best they could. Will definitely try and use them in the future.

Very polite and professional staff, both in the field and on the phone. Their business model calls for a fee for the quote, refunded if you hire them. no problem with that but clearly intended to motivate you to hire them. The work performed was substatially less in scope than what was projected at the quote. instead of a full day of work, it was completed in three hours. The quote was not adjusted accordingly. The work was performed. The cost was what I had agreed to in the quote, but overall, I am certain it was quite high. Few trades or professional s can demand over $1,000/hour.
