- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For tutoring services, my rate is $20 per hour, regardless of the subject. For other projects, pricing will depend on the size and scope of the project, as well as the necessary turnaround time for the project. A flat fee or hourly fee can be negotiated.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending on the type of project, I prefer to either meet in-person or via Google Hangouts to discuss the needs of the client and set the parameters of the project, including deadlines. I want to make sure that the client is comfortable with me working on their project and that I have a full understanding of what is needed before beginning a project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have two graduate degrees (a Master of Public Service and a Master of Public Health). In both of these programs, I was often tasked with editing, report writing, and other related tasks during team-based and individual projects. Additionally, I have three years of administrative experience in an office setting, two years of content development experience, and one year of transcription experience. Finally, during college, I worked as a Princeton Review ACT Tutor, teaching both online and in-person.
