I use QuickBooks for efficiency and try to set up the most efficient system for the clients' needs. Some clients need to know when non-operated oil wells stop producing. I was able to set up QuickBooks to track producing wells since they only wanted to use one reasonably priced program. Whatever the client wants, I can provide a solution, and there is no job too small. My rates are competitive, clerical work (data entry, typing, etc) is billed at a significantly lower rate than professional work, but I will also work on a one flat fee for services basis, if that is what the client wants.
