Jerel was a delight who work with! He responded to my first inquiry within 15 minutes and made an appointment to come out the next day. He was punctual and friendly. He took my refrigerator apart and diagnosed the problem in about half an hour. He found replacement parts to order online and communicated well with how long it would take for parts to arrive. He explained what the costs would be for parts and labor in advance. This was by far the easiest repair I have had on my Samsung fridge, and I’ve had a couple. I really appreciate Jerel!!
