- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I DON’T WAIVE INSURANCE DEDUCTIBLES( it’s insurance fraud) I provide military and first responder discounts All insurance jobs are done within the insurance scope of work. I ask for an upfront deposit then all remaining monies are collected once work is completed and I personally conduct an inspection of all work and provide customers with pictures showing work has been completed to meet manufacture specs. We provide a workmanship warranty.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always need to look at the property and conduct a detailed inspection prior to giving any type of estimate or analysis. I then will always back brief the customer on my findings and related concerns along with pictures. Then I will create an estimate with 2-3 options for the customers to decide over. Then I will schedule work to be started and completed.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I retired from the US Marine Corps and have always enjoyed helping people with their construction related problems.
