What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I bid all projects utilizing both and estimating software program (Xactware) and current pricing from vendors and labor pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listen to customer as to what they are looking for by asking questions, providing feedback, offing suggestions so that together we can come up with a plan to achieve customers goals in most reasonable, cost effective and most timely manner while inconveniencing customers as little as possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I am certified as a Haag Certified Roof Inspector and update that yearly, go to training courses through manufacturers to stay updated and gain certifications. Knowledge is power and essential to stay in business. I learn something new everyday.

Roof, siding, windows, doors, gutters, interior remodeling.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Water restoration project in Oak Tree that several contractors looked at and never contacted the customer afterward. I took the job and completed it in a timely fashion, added on several other projects for them and have received several other referrals from homeowners and completed those projects as well.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Check for licensed contractors and check their references.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
That there are good contractors that are interested in doing good work, not just making money.
