- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I bid all projects utilizing both and estimating software program (Xactware) and current pricing from vendors and labor pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listen to customer as to what they are looking for by asking questions, providing feedback, offing suggestions so that together we can come up with a plan to achieve customers goals in most reasonable, cost effective and most timely manner while inconveniencing customers as little as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I am certified as a Haag Certified Roof Inspector and update that yearly, go to training courses through manufacturers to stay updated and gain certifications. Knowledge is power and essential to stay in business. I learn something new everyday.
