In the last 3 months I have worked with Kat, she has been so encouraging, helpful, knowledgeable, and above all a true rockstar at what she does! It has been so awesome to have someone by my side as I made this journey to change my nutrition and exercise habits. She not only has helped me with those two habits, but has also helped me with how I handle my self-care and mental health habits as well. I would recommend Kat to anyone who is looking to make changes in their habits. This experience is nothing like I was expecting, it is soo much better, we have fun an laugh. Kat cheers you on, she’s always there when you need her. It’s only been one month so far, and I see soo many changes in myself. I can feel the difference, more energy, more mobility, starting to cheer myself on during the workouts I do on my own. Kat has helped in so many ways. Thank you!

I needed to lose 25lbs. I had tried no carbs, fasting, starving. I lost weight, however it was only setting me up to fail. Eventually I'd give in and eat as much as I wanted. Then I'd feel defeated and give up. Kat put me on a nutrition and training plan. The weight came off and has stayed off. No starvation, I actually had a hard time keeping up with how much food she wanted me to eat. She didn't make me feel bad for having a bad day. She was always encouraging and very knowledgeable. I recommend her to everyone that I can.
