I worked with ExperTech Solutions during the earliest stages of the business. Which is to say, even when it hadn't even come to our minds yet. I worked with Jacob Johnson at the Boys and Girls Club in Albany, OR for about 7 years. As the only two technology staff in the building, we created our own direction for how we decided to upgrade and/or initiate new (or newer) IT technology throughout the building, which is considerably large. We deployed and maintained 3 computer labs for various age groups, and ran several objective-oriented software education programs for the club members. We also installed/upgraded and maintained all the staff computers as well. Overall, we maintained around 100 computers and a complex server system between the two of us. We also helped run the technology portion(s) of several events, mostly auctions, at the club, which included digital projection, sound systems, cashier stations, and much, much more. During the duration of our employment at the club, we serviced several hundred clients with an extreme range of IT technology needs, and they all remain faithful clients to this day. There is a lot more to say, but I'm trying to condense. ExperTech Solutions started out small, literally out of an office and a back closet, but has expanded to a top-quality IT solutions company with competitive rates and outstanding service. I'm extremely proud of how far along this company has come, and I'm even more proud that I'm a part of it.

Through the Thumbtack site, I contacted ExperTech Solutions to find out some information about a faulty surge protector/back up unit that i have owned for a long while. I know virtually nothing about my computer. i am from the generation that uses this equipment for basic needs, so the complexities of any of these systems is something that doesn't interest me beyond its proper functioning.. Jacob, at Expertech, got in touch with me almost immediately and his recommendations were helpful..Should i have additional needs, I will certainly contact this business!
